Booking Policies
Late arrivals:
CANCELLATION POLICY
-The appointment can be rescheduled just once without losing your deposit (max 72 hours before your scheduled time). For any appointments rescheduled less than 72 hours before your scheduled time, you will have to pay the deposit again to book your new appointment.
-Any no shows will be charged the full price of the appointment and we may decide to refuse future booking if this is a common recurrence. No shows allow me zero opportunity to refill the slot and this is highly disruptive of my day and extremely unfair.
Every guest receives a confirmation email and a text message prior to their appointment so there is no reason for mixing up dates or times. Cancellation fee (i.e. the full price of the session) will apply to every cancellation/no show within a 24 hour period, regardless of situation.
-Permanent make up requires two sessions to be considered complete; for technical reasons the second session (6 weeks touch-up) must take place between 4 weeks and 3 months after the first one. After that period of time, it won’t be considered a touch-up and it will be charged as a first session.
-If you suffer from any medical conditions, you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or you are taking medications you must have a consultation before booking your appointment. If you book anyway and I realise on the day of our appointment that you can’t undergo the procedure, you will have to pay for the full treatment, regardless of situation.
-I am a professional and follow strict protocols for my treatments. I do everything in my power to make it as painless as possible, however remember that it is a tattoo. If you decide to leave in the midst of the treatment or you don’t allow me to complete my work, you will have to pay for the full treatment, regardless of situation.
-If you already have had a treatment done by another artist you must have a consultation before booking your appointment. If you book anyway, I can’t assure I will be able to accommodate your request. I need to know beforehand whether the treatment is a simple touch up, a partial or full correction, or if the area requires some laser sessions before I can treat it. If I am not aware of it and you book your appointment, I can refuse to do the treatment and you will have to pay for it anyway.
-In case of a disrespectful or dangerous behaviour towards me, my colleagues or other clients, I may decide to interrupt the session and to refuse any future bookings. The appointment will have to be paid in full anyway.
-For the safety of my clients, I have a child free policy in place. Please arrive alone for your appointment.
